It is located on a private road, remarkably quiet... an easy walk/bike ride to town primarily through private neighborhoods as we are just over a mile from great restaurants and fun activities in town and is just 2.2 miles from the Kennebunk beaches.
It has a queen bed, sofa bed, private bath with walk in shower, open concept sitting room and full kitchen and parking for two cars.
The apartment is equipped with A/C in the master bedroom, ceiling fans in the living and master, TWC high speed internet, flat screen television, washer/dryer and gas grill.
