Summary: I flew in to CMH around 1am and called the hotel for the shuttle. He was there to pick me up in less than 5min! Then the sweet woman at the front desk made me feel welcomed and made sure I had everything I needed since it was late and there was nothing open to get food or to buy anything I may have forgotten. She was personable and friendly. Breakfast was perfect and check out was quick! The rooms were clean and quiet. I will absolutely stay again!!
