6 pools, 1 lazy river, t hot tubs, a kid's pool and water play park. There are tennis courts, bachi ball courts, basketball courts, and volleyball courts, andpickleball courts. There is an on site restaurant/bar. There are 3 gyms, a sauna, and steem room, a kid's park, a snack shack, a pizza shop, grilling & picnic areas, and 24/7 security. You will also have direct access to our private beaches.
Other things to note
** Note: as of 1/1/2024 the HOA has implemented a $20 parking fee. (card only-no cash) To offset this cost, we have reduced the price of the unit by $5/night.

Your will be greeted by 1 exterior doorbell camera.
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED ON RESORT PROPERTY OR IN UNIT DUE TO HOA RULES. You will be asked to leave by security if a pet is found in the unit or on the property and you will not be refunded.Additionally you will be charged a $600 pet cleaning fee.
The person renting the condo must be the in person staying in the condo and must be above the age of 23. Or you will be asked to leave and forfeit any payment made.
Linens
We Provide an initial set of linens for the stay. This includes:

- Blankets for all beds
- 6 bath towels
- 6 wash cloths
- Hand towels
- Kitchen towels
- 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom.
