The space
☆☆ Your Private Coastal Compound ☆☆
From the moment you pull into the drive, the architecture announces itself: clean modern lines, board-formed wood accents, black-framed floor-to-ceiling glass, and warm uplighting that glows against the Florida dusk. The home unfolds across two thoughtfully designed stories, with indoor and outdoor spaces that flow into one another through walls of sliding glass.
Inside, the great room centers around a dramatic wood-slatted feature wall, an oversized linear fireplace, and a large-format TV — surrounded by deep linen sofas, sculptural lighting, and carefully curated coastal décor. Outside, the backyard is the real showstopper: a sleek rectangular heated pool flanked by sun loungers and teak seating, a regulation putting green, an infrared sauna cabin, a cedar cold-plunge tub, and a fire pit circle set on white sand with Adirondack chairs. At night, the property transforms — architectural lighting illuminates every corner, the sauna glows pink, and the pool shimmers under the stars.
This is not a vacation rental that tries to be a resort. It is one.
