Our newly remodeled water front home is conveniently located in Orange Beach, Alabama. We are at the beginning of Marina Road which is known as the most popular streets streets in OBA. With in a 5 minute drive or 10 minute bike ride to the best restaurants, beaches, shopping, marinas, and grocery stores. We offer our guest the ability to fish and park their boats from our private docks along with the ability to swim in jelly fish and shark free saltwater.
The house is beautifully decorated with granite counter tops and custom cabinets throughout. The large living area has a large leather pull out sofa where every one has room to enjoy watching TV on the 60’ flat screen. The property comes equipped with many extra kitchen amenities, including 2 style coffee makers, commercial margarita machine, ice maker, and plenty of glass wear. Plus if we don’t have what you may need we are only a phone call away.
Our property also includes use of the large furnished water front gazebo which is equipped with TV and propane fire heater. We also have a furnished beach area that included fire pits for roasting marshmallows or for staying warm on those chilly evenings
For outdoor cooking we offer a coveredboiling pots, fryer, green egg, charcoal grill, and plenty of cooking supplies.
Also if any supplies you feel need to be provided, we are only a phone call away.
We offer water front wedding and corporate events on property during rentals seeing we have plenty of parking area. We also can supply chairs, tables, tents, cooking supplies, along with the use of our commercial refrigerator/ freezer room. For the Holiday season we decorate to the Max to to help host any type seasonal event..
We do offer the use of our 19’ cc with rental or possibly jump in the BRD for afternoon boat cruise.
