This modern beach house boasts brand-new (2023) construction and a scenic private setting directly on the “Fox Cut” of the Intracoastal Waterway. The three-story interior comes professionally designed and showcases high-grade appliances and bespoke finishes throughout for a truly luxurious experience. This quiet residential community is in a prime location with beach access within walking distance at the popular Varn Park. More nearby attractions include Marineland, the beach, fishing, restaurants, Daytona International Speedway, and the St. Augustine Lighthouse.
The home is packed with family-friendly entertainment features and highlights, including furnished outdoor areas, a four-person hot tub, and a garage game room featuring a 75-inch TV, PlayStation, Ping-Pong, seating, and a board game table. The garage is also double entry, meaning you can wind down the moment you pull into the driveway. Additional perks include bodyboards, beach chairs, a beach table, snorkels, board games, cornhole, playing cards, and a grill.
The back patio includes a picnic bench and Adirondack chairs overlooking the Waterway, along with the hot tub for your choice of sunset-viewing venues. You can enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise over the ocean in the front yard. Two outdoor showers are equipped for added convenience.
Designer decor throughout the home showcases a blend of custom and curated style, from the attractive fixtures to the hand-painted murals. An in-home elevator makes it easy to access all floors.
Along with the game room, you'll find a full bathroom on the first floor and a convenient kitchenette area equipped with a fridge, microwave, and sink.
The second-floor den is ready to welcome happy hour entertainment with features including another 75-inch smart TV, a bar cart, and swiveling barrel chairs. There's also a dedicated kids' bunk room with bean bag chairs!
The third floor serves as the main household living area and features an open-concept layout connecting the kitchen and dining areas. Six-foot-by-six-foot windows allow for breathtaking ocean views. An electric fireplace with multi-color options and a third 75-inch smart TV equipped with Nintendo Switch set the stage for family gatherings. The impressive full kitchen is equipped with all the major appliances and accessories including a convection oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a stove with a hood, a dishwasher, a Keurig coffee, and a regular coffee pot. Enjoy a filtered water system at the kitchen sink and refrigerator. There's plenty of mealtime seating between the dining table and the counter.
The primary suite boasts its own 75-inch smart TV plus a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, a free-standing tub with water views, and a double vanity. Each guest room also has a smart TV, while every room features Echo Dots to complement your time here. Sleep comfortably on memory foam mattresses on the king and queen beds. Four of the bedrooms feature balcony access. Pack lightly; both the second and third floors are equipped with washer/dryer sets.
