Summary: The hotel felt generally unclean. Public areas, e.g. Carpet outside the elevator looked as though it hadn't been vacuumed in a while. The receptionist was distracted while we were checking in, speaking to someone on the phone at the same time. This resulted in us not being given room keys, and we had to ask for them. Later, our son - who was staying in another room - was given keys for our room instead of his own. We now had four cards for one room, but actually two didn't work. The room itself was also unclean, with hair and dirt on the floor, grease on the fridge door, and a glass shower door that had not been cleaned. Overall not good for the price paid.
