This unit comes fully furnished with everything you will need for a great vacation. The kitchen is completely stocked with every convenience and all new appliances. The family room has a queen sleeper sofa and large flat screen cable HD/Smart TV & DVD player. The spacious guest room has 2 full beds, HD/Cable TV, large closet, dresser and nightstand. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed, cable TV, large closet, 2 nightstands, dresser, ocean view window and access to balcony. The unit has 2 full bathrooms, central air and heat, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. FREE WIFI and Parking! Our condo comes with FREE BEACH CHAIR SERVICE (March-October Rentals- Includes: 2 CHAIRS WITH UMBRELLA- a $50 a day value). Also, the BEST Tiki Bar "The Sand Bar" on the beach (March-Oct) offering Great Food, Drink Specials, Reasonable Prices, etc- It's Awesome! Regency Towers offers special events for owners and guest (June-Aug) such as Movie Night, Karaoke, Water Slides, Bon Fire on Beach, etc. You will never want to leave the property! Regency Towers charges a one time $40 registration fee that MUST be paid by the guest at check in. All other fees are included in the quoted price & the damage deposit is refunded within 5 days of departure if no damage is found.
