The Libby Story split ranch is for you out-of-town customers coming to shop with Libby. Our newly remodeled house on 2.3-acres is a retreat worth visiting. It is located 1.5 miles from our store in the Rennaisance at Colony Park and even closer to fantastic restaurants.
It is the perfect getaway. The house is surrounded by pastures with horses, cows, sheep, chickens, geese, ducks, and lots of whitetail deer you see most afternoons pulling in the driveway.
The large screened porch on the second level has the feel of staying in a treehouse. It is great for relaxing in the afternoons or the perfect morning yoga spot.

IS THERE A YARD?: Our house sits on 2.3 acres and is completely fenced with a 5’ chainlink fence. If you would like to have your pat stay in the yard you will have to keep the entry gates closed.
CAN I BRING MY PET?: We welcome all pets even large dogs.
Dogs: We do have outside cats to keep the mice away. If your dog likes to chase or kill cats we ask that you find other arrangements. They are friendly but do not like dogs so if you have a dog they will stay away from the house more than likely.
Cats: Cats are welcome. There is a space dedicated to an inside litter box. Cats are very territorial. If your cat/cats are prone to spraying and marking their territory we ask that you find other arrangements.
WHAT IS THE CHECK-IN PROCESS LIKE?: The main entry door has a digital keypad. You will be given a 4 digit code exclusive to you prior to arrival that will work for the entirety of your stay. Simply show up and let yourself in. No other guest will have the same code as you.
WHAT IS CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT TIME?:
Check-in: Check-in time is 3 pm. If you would like to arrive earlier simply message us and we will get you in as early as possible. If there is not a booking the day before your arrival then you should be able to get in anytime after 8 am of your arrival day.
Check-out: The check-out time is 10:30 am.
