Welcome to the Roar & Rest Retreat, a spacious and newly renovated 4 bedroom ski home nesting at the center of NH ski/snowboard resorts. It is conveniently located right on Route 3, making it super easy to reach even on snow days. 10mintoLoonMountain, 20min to Cannon Mountain, 30min to Waterville Valley. 4 minutes to town center with restaurants, breweries, and shops. Our place offers plenty of room for families and groups to enjoy. The game room has been a favorite for our previous guests.
This 4-bedroom, 2- full bathroom house comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. The sleeping arrangements include 2 king-size beds, 1 queen-size bed, 2 twin beds, a sleeper couch and a portable crib.
Enjoy cooking in the fully loaded kitchen and dine in the dedicated dining area or the cozy breakfast nook. The game room is the best place to keep your children busy while you are focusing on cooking (don't ask me how I know about this).
