There is also an outdoor covered cooking area off kitchen with 80” tv and large sitting area. Main floor master has a glass wall with electric blinds facing ocean and luxurious en-suite.
Spacious family room on second floor overlooking the ocean features slate pool table, wet bar with ice maker, fridge, and 90” tv with Sonos home theater system. There are 2 master bedrooms on second floor with spacious en-suites and private decks. Both with spectacular views of ocean and harbor and electric blinds. Third level has 3 additional master suites all with large en-suites. 2 of these suites have separate dressing rooms with double sofa beds. All rooms have amazing elevated fire of ocean, beach and harbor.
The property is walking distance from several great restaurants and is surrounded by Greg Norman’s pga golf course (emerald bay). There are no other houses on the private 1 mile stretch of private beach which the house is situated on.
