Front porch and screened-in dining area overlook sprawling grounds. Vast park-like lawn rolls down to the lakefront and private tennis courts. Large sandy beach with gradual child-safe incline along water's edge includes a rack of lake activities including kayaks, canoes, racing shell, sailboat, all available for tenant's use. Large deck with seating directly on the spring fed lake, great for sitting with small groups enjoying the majestic views of the Berkshire mountains, watching a sunset, sipping a beverage, launching a kayak or swimming in the lake's crystal clear waters. Two private tennis courts on property allow for multiple players, while watching boats glide by on the lake only steps away.
