Summary: The Delano Homestead is an intimate B&B that offers visitors all the comforts of home. My husband and I felt as though we were staying with friends rather than at a B&B. This is in part because of the wonderful innkeeper, Tracey, who always made us feel at home, but we also had a chance to meet the owner, Paul, who was just as welcoming. Our room was charming and comfortable, and very tastefully furnished with period antiques. We enjoyed learning the history of the home when it was owned by the Delano family. We also loved staying in a quiet, residential neighborhood away from the bustle of New Bedford, which was our reason for visiting the area. Should we make a return visit, we will certainly book the Delano Homestead again. It made our stay memorable.
