The home built around lake LBJ. A 14' × 18' swimming pool with a 6-person spillover hot tub anchors a large outdoor patio with a propane fire pit, cushioned seating, dining for 6, a propane BBQ grill, and a 55" outdoor Smart TV for game day under the sun.
Inside, a fully equipped chef's kitchen features a JennAir cooktop, stainless oven, and granite counters, an 8-seat dining table, and a 5-seat breakfast bar. Two living rooms — the first-floor great room with a 75" Smart TV and lake views, and a second-floor lounge with a 75" Smart TV and walk-out balcony.
