This professionally fully renovated century home boasts unique minimalistic modern art with all the bells and whistles. Large front porch to enjoy your morning coffee with views of Blue Mountain from the street. Parking for six vehicles on driveway and an extra large backyard fully fenced in. Professionally landscaped with many mature trees and flora/fauna. Wake up to songs of many birds and the hellos from squirrels bunnies and chipmunks. Each space is uniquely designed, while comfort is our main goal to make each guest experience fabulous.
Steps away from the shopping and dining district. A walk or short drive from many unique restaurants, shopping,LCBO,Walmart and other convenience’s. Fall and Winters are spectacular offering many hiking and bike paths, snowshoeing , Scandinavian Spa and a short 10 minutes drive to the majestic slopes of blue mountains among many private slopes for your skiing and snow boarding pleasure. Monthly or seasonal stays available upon request . Sunsets are gorgeous with Sunset Point beach only a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute bike ride. Wasaga Beach is a short 15 minute drive. Many other beaches of Georgian Bay surround this centrally located home. Brand new Casino minutes away.
We also welcome your furry friends. Fully fenced backyard with many dog parks nearby. PLEASE NOTE that there is a one time $50 pet fee PER PET for their entire stay. Three pets max.
