This Creole Cottage home with spacious 10 ft. ceilings has many amenities such as a private boat dock/canal access to Mississippi Sound, with launches located nearby and a dream kitchen. Parking is available under the house for convenient out-of-the-weather access to the house. There are great views from the front and back porches of the surroundings such as beach activities, birds, dolphins, island dwellers, a bike trail, intercoastal waterway traffic in Mississippi Sound and just plain old Island life.
