Guests will have fully private access to the entire 4-bedroom home, with off-street parking. PLEASE NOTE: the garage at the home is off-limits.

Takoma Park is in Montgomery County, bordering Washington DC, and is one of the best places to live in Maryland. Living in Takoma Park offers residents an urban feel and most residents own their homes. It is an ethnically diverse community with senators, CEOs, and stay at home parents. In Takoma Park there is no shortage of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks!

Getting Around:
The Red line METRO station at Takoma Park station is within a mile and accessible by bus from the corner. It is about a 5-minute drive, or <25-minute walk to the Takoma station. 7-minutes by bus if you catch the 16 bus from the corner, which runs about every 40 minutes.

The METRO-rail is a great way to see monuments and museums as well as a great way to catch one of the local professional teams at play.

The green line is also accessible by bus, but it is a few miles away.

Uber and Lyft taxis are always readily available, book via your smartphone.

In Old Town / downtown Takoma, you can likely find Lime scooters available for rent as well. (or Bird, or similar)

Takoma is the best neighborhood in DC! It is friendly, diverse, politically-active, and community-oriented. It has an old-fashioned, tree-lined main street with coffee shops, restaurants, shops, and a weekly farmer's market. You can walk 5-10 minutes to main street and have food options galore!
