Beautiful home that backs up to corp property on Lake Ray Roberts welcomes you with a long covered front porch! The spacious front living area joins the large kitchen with custom cabinets and have tons of storage. The spacious master suite comes with a gorgeous spa tub and walk in shower. Upstairs are two oversized bedrooms and full bath.
Guests can use the house, wooded area and pond area. The front high grass, which is leased for farming.

1. We must be mindful of the neighbors when outside. OUTDOOR QUITE TIME starts at midnight. If police are called or you are reported to be a disturbance by the neighbors you will forfeit your deposit and may be asked to immediately leave the property without reimbursement of the remaining nights on your reservation. General respect for our neighbors is appreciated, even during the day. No loud music or music with explicit lyrics will be tolerated.
2. Be honest with your host. You must be 21 years old to book. Only the guests on the reservation are allowed on the property unless prior arrangements are made with the host. Non-authorized guests or visitors are subject to a charge of $100 per day and you may be asked to leave the property for rule violations
3. Smoking inside the home is not allowed. Smoking is allowed outside ONLY. There will be a $500 charge if there is evidence found of smoking inside or if the house smells like smoke/weed.
4. Vomit will result in a $200 clean up charge plus the costs of replacements and repairs.
5. Parking is restricted in the grass in-front of the house
6. Checkout is mandatory at 11:00 am. $50 for every 30 minutes after 11:00 am will be charged unless prior arrangements have been made with the host. so we can not do both late checkout and accommodate our arriving guests. Your cooperation is appreciated.
7. Check out instructions: Take all trash out, start the dishwasher, turn off lights. Start a load of towels. Adjust thermostats AC to 75 heat 65.
8. Damaged comforters will be charged at a replacement cost. Any stains, damages, or broken items will be billed accordingly.
9. One camera on the back of the house covering the back door and patio area for safety of guests.
