Conveniently walk to the lake and to the store. Gated drive, plenty of parking. $60 a person. Woods & Waves sits on 8 acres with a road that dead ends at lake. You can conveniently walk to the Dollar General, Mexican restaurant, & City Park. Cruise down to our local boat ramps, hunt the "public hunting", or have a peaceful get-a-way.

Woods & Waves is the top two floors of this 3 story historic home built by Govener Avery. The walk out basement is my residence. The main floor has a spacious family room with large sectional, bar room/sunroom, laundry room, dining room, fully loaded kitchen with everything you'll need including an extra drink frig, coffee & breakfast bar. BBQ on 2nd story back deck w/table, chairs, grill. Chill on the large front porch or enjoy an evening at the firepit. Out front there is plenty of room for parking vehicles, trailers, boats in a designated parking lot. Electrical hook-ups for boats. Huge front yard with firepit, picnic tables, lawn chairs, and spacious open acres for archery practice, playing ball, corn hole, etc. See ariel views, as it is surrounded by public hunting and Corps' land. Full walkout basement is my personal residence. I am remodeling/ updating this historic home, as I can....time & money. I invite you to enjoy my home and property. I work as a Vet Assistant at the Animal Care Clinic in Junction City. If you are traveling with your pets, we can help you out with boarding. They will have their own kennel, get lots of walks and attention and will not mix with the other animals.
