Fabulous kitchen, large family and media rooms with HDTVs, comfortable furnishings, and new carpet. 10 foot ceilings and 8 foot doors for a grand indoor experience. Outdoor living area with spacious screened-in porch, large patio and outdoor fireplace area overlooking natural areas and deep water pond (with rope swing and dock)> Geothermal HVAC means noisy HVAC fans won't interfere with the outdoor experience.
In addition, a separate completely private basement apartment (Kitchen, 1 bedroom w/ queen, 1 bath, dining room, family room, fireplace, pool table, ping pong table) is available to add to your rental for an extra fee, bringing the total sleeping capacity to 12 people if needed.
