This is a comfortable, renovated ranch house within a 1 acre fenced yard on 150 acres of Little River land with all the amenities. The house sits on a wooded escarpment. No neighbors. If you’re looking to get right with nature, this is the place. Nestled in the trees, close to great fishing and hiking. We don’t believe in spartan vacation cabins - this one is designed to provide a LOT of extras. Kitchen is fully stocked with spices, oils, cutlery, cookware, utensils, coffee, sweeteners, etc...

It sits on a wooded high point along Hwy 144 - about 5 miles East of Nashoba. We designed this space to accommodate those who want quiet, comfort and seclusion at the end of their 4-wheeling, motorcycle, fishing or hunting excursions!
