The open concept kitchen has new stainless steel appliances with a granite peninsula eating area. The dining room seats 4 with additional seating for 2 at the breakfast counter and 4 more out on the lakeside front patio. The front porch has a handicap ramp with 36 inch wide doors. The living room has a sleeper couch, recliner, internet, LED TV, DVD player, electric fireplace, wine cooler, and a storage place filled with puzzles and board games. The downstairs bathroom has a shower/tub, vanity, toilet, high-efficiency washing machine, and electric dryer. There is a pantry/mudroom at the roadside back door. The upstairs has three bedrooms with knotty pine ceilings. The roadside bedroom is set-up with 2 twin beds and a pack and play. The center room has a queen bed. The lakeside bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed. The front and back bedrooms have window air conditioners (summer season). Heat is controlled by the renter by a thermostat and a propane forced air furnace. There is a front stone patio with chairs, a table, BBQ grill and an umbrella.
