Tiny Home (1 of 2 guest houses) with full kitchen on a peaceful 13 acres in a small equestrian town. It is on the property where I live, but it is situated away from the main house so it is private. Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple kids.
There is room for parking more than one car or a trailer.
***Not suitable for 4-legged travelers due to free ranging ducks, peacocks and close proximity to horses and miniature donkeys.***
There is a pergola in front of the tiny home by the meadow where there are feed buckets on the fence and there are horse treats left in the kitchen so you can interact with the horses and mini-donkeys. There are also treats left for the ducks so you can feed them as well.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY
I had to fill out yes/no questions as to wheelchair accessibility and I'm not sure if I answered correctly. The tiny home is on a single floor and there is no step up from the parking area. There is one small about 1-inch step onto the deck. But the parking area is gravel and grass and I don't know if that is really accessible or not? Just so you are aware. Please look at the photos.
