There’s plenty of room here for everyone to be together without feeling on top of each other.
The living room, dining area and kitchen are all close together, making the main part of the house an easy gathering spot. Outside, you have three acres to enjoy, with a private pool, basketball court, volleyball, firepit and lots of room for kids to play.
It works especially well for families, multi-generational trips, lake weekends and longer North Texas stays.

The spacious living room has large windows overlooking the front yard and its beautiful mature walnut trees.
The trees provide tons of natural shade, and the front yard has plenty of space for kids to roam and play.
