Great Location for any Season!
This Hamptons cozy home is set in the North woods area in East Hampton NY. A perfect family getaway for any Season or for couples looking for a relaxing retreat. Drive 5 minutes to Cedar point and Northwest County Park 8 minutes away from East Hampton Village and 10 minutes away from east Hampton beaches. 10 minutes away from sag harbor town. 30 minutes away from Montauk light house. 20 minutes away from wolfer vineyard. A short drive will get you to ocean Beaches. This wonderful home has a Vinyl pool with some much back yard space. The pool area has around 6 lounge chairs and it has patio sofas and table around. Heated pool will be extra fee $200 per night( heat works from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm)
Animals living in area: We do have chickens living on site, which don't make much noise, if you want some fresh eggs feel free to go inside and grab them.
The Entire House has been newly renovated & decorated in a cozy beach style. There are 2 bedrooms on the second floor: one have a king bed and inflatable queen bed and a private bathroom, and other have two twins beds allow for privacy & comfort.
On main floor it’s one queen bed and a shared bathroom. There it’s one smart tv on living room. REC room in basement for kids, smart tv in basement
The open floor plan allows for intimate gatherings. The kitchen has black and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, blender.
Dinning is set in for 7 people and a kitchen island can fit 3 people. The outdoor table can sit up to 8 people plus there is a grill perfect for your BBQ's.
The basement is finished with a tv room and kids toys
Enjoy after cocktails after dinner. This Cozy Home is comfortable for any Season. Central AC & Heating. Washer and dryer are in the basement. The pool is heater is seasonal (May-Oct). New floors and bathroom, fresh paint. and it's skylights. Colonial architecture, indoor fireplace, deck and green areas.
The property has a flood light surveillance camera in outside of driveway. E.S.A.'s pet are welcomed. Weekends must be rented in full from July -September.

This is a smoking -free place, so please be mindful of the owners rules. The home is located in a private area and the neighbors do not tolerate noise after 9 p.m.
