The house stays comfortable with heating and AC throughout. Whether relaxing indoors or catching up on fishing or sunbathing, this beautiful home provides a soothing and enjoyable stay. The screened in back porch has a delightful pirate and mermaid theme, with fans and patio string lights for entertaining. There are 2 kayaks for adventurous types. If you brought a boat, there is room for docking. The canal is deep and straight with no bridges to worry about. Our canal leads straight out to Stumps Pass and the Gulf in just a few minutes! Collect some shells at one of the many beaches, or go fishing in one of the best fishing areas in Florida! Lots of dolphins, manatees, and other wildlife- Florida’s Nature Coast!
