Escape to the peace and quiet of Richland Chambers Reservoir and enjoy all it has to offer. The to condo is located on the bottom floor where you can walk right out to the pool, over to the marina, or over to the restaurant to have a wonderful meal. It is an open floor plan with living, dining room and kitchen with windows over looking the lake. There is a game table in the corner of the living room, and games under the TV. The TV service is with Direct TV, and currently we do not have WIFI. It seems to be an ongoing issue with ATT who are the only providers to the condos, we hope they will be able to provide that service soon. Cell service is ok.. and the precious tenant left a cell booster that works well. The kitchen is stocked with all you need to cook, just bring your groceries! There are 2 bedrooms, one with a king and the other with a queen bed, and the sectional in the living room folds out to a queen bed. There are 2 full bathrooms, one having a bathtub as well as a shower. The Harbor Inn Marina usually has slips to rent if you bring your boat, or hire a guide to take you fishing! Corsicana is about a 20 minute easy drive for shopping or groceries.
The lake is beautiful and calm in the evenings, enjoy sitting on the patio watching the boats come in. The renter must abide by the HOA rules which are minimal and in the condo, and provide a picture of their drivers license. Don’t hesitate to reach out with questions!
