The local boat ramp is just a mile from the house off West State Park Street at Crystal River Water Sports which sits behind the Days Inn. There are 4 adult Lifetime sit on top kayaks and two kids 5+ Lifetime sit on top Kayaks with paddles and life jackets. Awesome location for swimming with the manatees, fishing, scalloping, and all other activities. Great quiet and calm deep water canal for kayaking and fishing even on WINDY days.
