Master bedroom has private bath including a large tub, stand-up shower, and double sinks. All bedrooms are upstairs as well as a full bathroom and dedicated office space.

Fully fenced in yard includes a beautiful patio space with outdoor furniture and Adirondack chairs along with a grill. 1/2 basketball court is out back and tons of room in the yard. Basketballs and footballs are provided.

Oversized backyard with privacy fence, ½ basketball court, large patio, grill, and fire pit with adirondack chairs and patio furniture. Wood for fire pit is not included. Due to occasional droughts in Texas, there may be a fire warning and use of the fire pit would be prohibited to prevent fires.
