Nicely appointed kitchen with open plan with all top of the line dish-ware, utensils and appliances overlooking the dining area and pool. Super private, chlorine free, heated salt water filtration pool, with adjacent hot tub that accommodates 8. Pool has removable, in-ground mesh child safety fence with child proof safety door, that can be installed if needed. Pool deck has 6 nice teak lounges, chairs, umbrellas, fire pit, BBQ and a Round Oak Table that seats 8. Beach chairs and umbrellas included. Outdoor shower. Walk or drive just one and a half blocks to private bay beach (Beach passes included), and its magnificent sunsets. Sit at the picnic tables at the beach at night and watch the sunset with a glass of wine! 4 bicycles and helmets included. Badminton net and rackets, Ping pong table, Corn hole game. Two zone central air conditioning. All bedding and towels are new and top of the line. Sonos music system. Living room and a separate den have smart TVs and internet.
