Summary: One of the staff at the desk was not very polite. The outlets in the room were very weak. They could not hold the plug in chargers, they need to be replaced. Complimentary breakfast was ok, needed to be re-heated.There was someone smoking in a room dow the hall and the smoke traveleddown to otour room
