The Conch Castle has two separate staircases for entry - one toward the front of the house and one under the house which opens into the wide-open living/dining/kitchen area has wide open ceilings and plenty of light from the floor to ceiling windows. The dine-in kitchen area was made with entertaining in mind with a huge island breakfast bar and wide granite counters, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a walk-in pantry, and all of the dishes, pots, pans, tools to prepare any meal. Walk out on the first-level deck and enjoy a beautiful beach view while having your morning cup of coffee and watching the sunrise toward the east.
The first level primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, en-suite bath with a step-in shower. The other four bedrooms are located on the second floor of the home. The second level primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, en-suite bath with a separate soaking tub, and step-in shower. The third bedroom also has a king bed, TV and shares a bath with the fourth bedroom which has a queen-size bed and TV. The fifth bedroom features two built-in twinover full bunks (sleeps 6). In all, 3 king beds, 1 queen, 2 full beds, 2 twins - for a total of 14.
