King bed in large main bedroom with a sitting area, Roku/TV/DVD player. Large 2nd room with kitchenette (sink, mini fridge, micro, and Keurig), dining area and a small, twin size futon. A 3rd room (small bedroom) with a twin-sized bed. Privacy for each room. Key code entry. Access to relaxing back deck overlooking pond. Very close to I-20; 20 mins to downtown Shreveport attractions, 15 mins to State Fairgrounds and Independence Stadium. 30 mins to Marshall, TX and 45 mins to Jefferson, TX. Feels like a quiet, relaxing stay in the country, but still conveniently close to what you came to see!
